1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website or engaging Dallas Foundation Repair for services, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

Dallas Foundation Repair provides foundation services including:

  • Slab foundation repair
  • Pier-and-beam repair
  • Foundation evaluation
  • House leveling
  • Polyurethane concrete leveling
  • Drainage solutions, where offered

Services are performed on residential property within our stated service area. Availability of any particular service is confirmed at the time of enquiry rather than implied by its presence on this website.

3. Website content is not a diagnosis

Information published on this site is general education about foundations, observations, and repair methods. It is not an assessment of any specific property. Crack appearance, home age, neighborhood, and mapped soil data cannot establish the condition of an individual foundation. Only an on-site evaluation with elevation measurement can do that, and nothing on this site should be relied on in place of one.

4. Evaluations and quotes

Standard homeowner evaluations are provided without a fee on owner-occupied residential property. Assessments tied to a real estate transaction, a dispute, or requiring engineering involvement are quoted separately and confirmed before scheduling.

A written quote sets out the scope of work, method, access approach, permits, restoration, exclusions, schedule, payment terms, and warranty. The written quote is the agreement; verbal statements, estimates given by phone, and figures produced by any online calculator on this site are not binding.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Payment terms are set out in the quote and agreed before work begins. Additional work discovered during a project, including obstructions encountered during pier installation, is handled in accordance with the terms stated in that quote.

6. Scheduling, access, and cancellation

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including crawlspace access and the working perimeter, on scheduled dates. Weather and ground conditions can affect scheduling. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or a project start date.

7. Permits, inspections, and other trades

Where underpinning work requires a permit, we file it and schedule the inspection unless the quote states otherwise. Work performed by other trades coordinated on your project, such as hydrostatic plumbing testing by a licensed plumber, is contracted and warranted by that trade.

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage is set out in the written warranty document provided with your project. It is transferable in accordance with the terms stated in that document. Cosmetic finishes, including drywall, paint, trim, tile, and masonry repair, are not warranty items unless the quote expressly includes them. Conditions that void coverage are listed in the warranty document and should be read before signing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dallas Foundation Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Intellectual property

Content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and layout, is the property of Dallas Foundation Repair and is protected by copyright. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. Republishing substantial portions without permission is not permitted.

11. Third-party links

This site links to external sources such as municipal guidance and soil survey data. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
