A foundation company that explains the answer first
We evaluate foundations across Dallas and North Texas, document what we find, and prepare quotes homeowners can actually compare. If your foundation does not need repair, that is what our report will say.
How we work
Foundation repair has an information problem. The person deciding whether to spend thousands of dollars usually cannot verify the claim that they need to. Cracks look alarming. Elevation differences are invisible. What happens below a slab is hidden the moment the backfill goes in.
Our response to that is simple and it shapes everything on this website. We measure before we recommend. We keep observation separate from diagnosis in writing. We document scope in enough detail that a competing proposal can be compared against it line by line. And we hand over the records, including when the measurements do not support repair.
Measurement before recommendation
Every scope begins with a digital manometer elevation survey across the whole floor plan and a visual distress survey inside and out. Nothing is recommended from home age, ZIP code, a soil map, or a photograph, because none of those describe your foundation.
Scope written out in full
Pier count and locations marked on a plan, the system specified, the access approach, permits, restoration, exclusions, schedule, payment terms, and warranty. Anything not included is stated rather than assumed.
Work that gets inspected
Underpinning in Dallas is permitted and inspected. We file the permit, schedule the inspection, and provide the sign-off and post-lift elevation records with your closeout package. Those records are what make a repair defensible to a buyer or an engineer years later.
What we will not do
Positioning is easier to state than to keep. These are the specific commitments we hold ourselves to, and you are entitled to hold us to them too.
- Diagnose a foundation from a photograph, a home’s age, or a ZIP code.
- Use a universal crack-width rule to declare a house safe or in need of repair.
- Claim a competing proposal contains unnecessary work without evidence we do not have.
- Quote a price before anyone has measured your floors.
- Present drainage or concrete leveling as a substitute for structural repair.
- Offer a lifetime guarantee we cannot put in writing with readable terms.
- Invent credentials, ratings, project counts, or citywide averages.
